  • Helpful Camp Hints
    • Very Helpful Hints to Have an Awesome Time at Camp!

Eat a healthy breakfast at home before camp!

We suggest that campers wear their swimsuits with shirts and shorts over them to camp for quick changing. We would like to avoid the locker rooms as much as possible.

Athletic shoes are required. Flip flops and sandals are not safe for our activities.

Put your name on everything! Our Lost and Found grows so quickly that we cannot keep items for long before needing to donate them.

A backpack is recommended with a water bottle, sunscreen, change of clothes, emergency meds, etc.

Campers do not need to bring their own tennis rackets or towels.

Water coolers are available at different activities.

Campers and counselors cannot order from the Oasis window, halfway house, or Oxbow Grill during camp hours.

Early Bird Drop Off is at 8am at the Pavilion and includes lite breakfast & activities. For regular camp arrival, please arrive to camp about 10 minutes early. We will start promptly at 9a. If you are late, please park and walk your camper to first period.

Morning Drop Off – there will be a carpool loop in the parking lot with counselors to help unload campers starting at 8:45a. You are welcome to park, and walk your camper in, but parking will be tough to find. If you have a 6 & U swimmer who practices 8:00 – 8:55a, you are welcome to stay for practice but not required.

If you need to pick up your camper early, please be sure to let the junior counselor know when you take them so they can note it on their role sheet.

Afternoon Pick Up - Parents need to park, and go to the pick up area for their campers. The 2nd and 3rd graders on swim team will be dismissed from camp to swim team practice. The kinder and first grade campers will be picked up at the playground at 12:40p. Camp Plus Club is from 12:45p - 3p.

If your child has any medications such as inhalers or treatments for anaphylaxis, please make sure they have it in their backpack, and please send a spare for us to keep in the pool office in our emergency bag. Please speak with me about anything you think I should know. I will also make sure your camper's counselors are aware.
