Applicant's Certification and Agreement
I understand that the employer follows an “employment at will” policy, in that I or the employer may terminate my employment at any time, or for any reason consistent with applicable state or federal law; this “employment at will” policy cannot be changed verbally or in writing, unless the change is specifically authorized in writing by the General Manager or Board of Directors of this organization. I understand that this application is not a contract of employment. I understand that federal law prohibits the employment of unauthorized aliens; all persons hired must submit satisfactory proof of employment authorization and identity; failure to submit such proof will result in denial of employment.
I hereby certify that the facts set forth in the above employment application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge and authorize Lakeside Country Club verify their accuracy and to obtain reference information on my work performance. I hereby release Lakeside Country Club from any and all liability of whatever kind and nature which, at any time, could result from obtaining and having an employment decision based on such information.
I understand that, if employed, falsified statements of any kind or omissions or facts called for on this application shall constitute cause for the denial of employment of immediate dismissal. |
