  • Golf Policies
    • Golf Guests

      The etiquette of golf as prescribed by the United States Golf Association shall apply to Lakeside Country Club, and may be found in Section I of the U.S.G.A. Rules of Golf published each year and available in our Golf Shop. Members and their guests shall conduct themselves as ladies and gentlemen at all times, with members being responsible for the conduct of their guests.

      Because you are a guest of a Member, we want you to enjoy a memorable golfing experience.
      To help ensure your enjoyment, we bring the following to your attention:

      1. Check in with the guard gate upon arrival and they will direct you to the bag drop location adjacent to the North driving range.
      2. Please proceed to the Men’s or Ladies Locker Room facilities to change into your golf attire, change shoes, etc. A guest locker will be provided in the Men's Locker Room.
      3. Proper Attire:

      a. For Men: Slacks, golf shorts, shirts with a collar (mock turtlenecks are permitted) and non-metal spiked golf shoes.
      b. For Ladies: Golf shorts or slacks, golf shirts, or sports shirts with or without a collar. No heeled shoes.
      c. Denim, cargo shorts, sandals and non-golf attire are never permitted.

      4. Cell phone use is prohibited in the Club dining areas. Cell usage is permitted in the locker rooms, golf pro shop and course. Please place your cellular phone on silent or vibrate upon entering the property.
      5. Golf clubs and bags may not be carried into the Clubhouse.
      6. Your round of golf at Lakeside Country Club should be complete in 4 hours or less.

      Smoking is not permitted inside any building on the Club grounds, on the pool deck, or within 25 feet of any operable door or window. Please utilize the appropriate receptacle to correctly dispose of smoking materials.

  • Tennis Policies
    • Tennis Guests

      Because you are a guest of a Member, we want you to enjoy a memorable tennis experience.
      To help ensure your enjoyment, we bring the following to your attention:

      1. Check in with the guard service at the front gate upon arrival and they will direct you to the tennis complex, to your left as you enter the grounds.
      2. Please park in the parking garage and proceed to the Tennis Shop/FitnessCenter to check in, prior to accessing the courts.
      3. Please proceed to the Men’s or Ladies Locker Room facilities in the Tennis Shop/Fitness Center to change into your tennis attire, change shoes, etc.
      4. Proper Attire:

      a. Standard tennis shorts, skirts or warm-up pants must be worn. No cutoffs, jogging shorts, swim suits or Bermuda length shorts are permitted.
      b. Only regulation shoes designed for tennis may beworn. Jogging, basketball and other non-tennis shoes are not permitted.
      c. All youth players age 12 and over are encouraged to adhere to the above guidelines.
      d. Appropriate attire is required at all times while playing or practicing.

      Ii. All players shall be adequately dressed in tasteful tennis attire. T-Shirts must have sleeves and be full length. Please, no jogging shorts, swim suits or gym wear.
      Iii. Customary standards of tennis etiquette and behavior will be observed by all members and guests.

      e. Entrance to respective courts shall be made through the gate nearest the court to be used.

      5. Cell phone use is prohibited in the Clubhouse and Tennis/Fitness Center and should be used outside the club buildings with discretion. Please place your cellular phone on silent or vibrate upon entering the property.

  • Swim Policies
    • Swimming Guests

      1. All guests shall register at the pool entrance and be accompanied by the member.
      2. All swimmers must be attired in the proper swimming apparel at all times.
      3. Children under the age of 3 must wear approved swim diapers. No disposable or cloth diapers allowed.
      4. Pool Locker Room facilities are to be utilized for changing (including diapers) and showering

  • Dress Code Policy
    • We are always excited to welcome our Members' guests to the Club. Please kindly adhere to our Dress Code policy below:

      DRESS CODE

      CLUBHOUSE | All individuals in the Clubhouse are required to wear shoes. Hats are prohibited in the Clubhouse except in the Fitness Center, Men’s and Ladies Locker Rooms, the Golf Pro Shop, and the Oxbow Bar and Grill. 

      LAKESIDE 51 DINING ROOM & TERRACE is a more refined dining experience after 4:00 pm. Slacks for men are required and jackets are recommended. Men’s shirts must be tucked into pants. Exercise outfits, gym shorts or gym pants, tee shirts, cut-offs, men’s flip-flops, and caps are not permitted. 

      BAR 51 & TERRACE are available for those wishing to dine in casual attire; however, the following may not be worn: exercise outfits, gym shorts or gym pants, sweatshirts, hoodies, tee shirts, cut-offs, men’s flip-flops, or caps. Appropriate shorts, such as golf shorts, may be worn. Members and guests may wear designer or appropriate jeans. Shirts must be tucked into pants unless designed to be worn untucked (e.g., linen or silk designer shirts). Men must wear appropriate close-toed shoes. 

      OXBOW BAR & GRILL & PATIO | When dining in the Oxbow Bar and Grill, swimsuits are not permitted. Swimsuits are permissible at the Oxbow Patio, but cover-ups are required for women/girls and shirts are required for men/boys. Tank tops and see-through attire are not permitted. No bare feet are allowed at any time. Flip-flops are acceptable but must not be removed at any time. Hats worn in a forward position are only permitted. Hoodies are permitted provided the hood is not worn on the head. 

      MEN’S LOUNGE | While in the Men’s Lounge, members are required to wear attire consistent with the dress code for the golf course. Members and guests may wear designer or appropriate jeans, slacks, khakis, and the like. Shirts must be tucked into pants unless designed to be worn untucked (e.g. linen or silk designer shirts). Shoes must be worn in the Men’s Lounge, but casual shoes such as flip-flops are permitted. 

      MEN’S GRILL | During the day, the Lakeside 51 Dining Room and Terrace are used as the Men’s Grill. Members are required to wear collared shirts, tucked into golf shorts, slacks, or appropriate jeans. Hats are not permitted. Shoes must be worn in the Men’s Grill, but casual shoes such as flip-flops are permitted.
